So they took matters into their hands to create a new label that helps women reclaim their confidence after surgery. Their debut collection features a thoughtfully designed wireless bra with two matching panty options. Not only is the bra pretty and lacy, so are the panties! Sophia Rose's debut bra is a fuller cup style with a pretty scalloped lace neckline that is feminine and provides adequate coverage, necessary both for fit with a prosthetic and covering any potential scarring. Soft, two-tone lace is sewn in four parts and given structure and support with hidden thin foam cups. A moisture-wicking fabric lining keeps the wearer dry and comfortable and is pocketed to hold the prosthesis. There's a wide elastic band under the bust that serves to secure the bra comfortably without underwires as well as hold the prosthesis in place.

During development, they fit the bra on women who have had a mastectomy and wear breast forms, as well as women who have undergone breast reconstruction.
